“The engine is not produced by Fora (as some people in various forums are saying). The project design of the engine is from ALBERTO PARRA (Canary Islands-Spain). The manufacturer (producer) is Mr. Vladimir Sosnovsky from the Ukranie.  Each engine is disassembled in my workshop, examined and if all is ok, then the engine is given a pass and sent for delivery. Some similar copies of the Parra engine (named Macks) are being produced by Vladimir, for the Ukranie and Russia markets. These engines are built with non quality spares discarded from my engine (Parra), so please BE CAREFUL...!!
Some people are trying to sell (these inferior copies) out of the Ukranie without the consent of the Factory.”

- Easy , quick starting, high power output

- 2.5cc ; .15ci diesel or glow versions.

- Free mounting screws

- Steel  Chromed cylinder (SSC), because chrom is more solid as the hardened steel. Also the coefficient of friction of the steel piston is more low from all materials.It improves the power capacity. 
- Aluminium-Chromed cylinder (AAC) and  light weight aluminium piston , at lastets technology, maximum heat dissipation, less vibrations and booster power.

- Very close fits, therefore  requires little running in, average 2 tanks of fuel only

- Fitting of sleeve in crankcase has anti rotation stop

- Aluminium con-rod with bronze & lubrication holes

- Circlips retain the wrist pin

- Large diameter , twin ballrace crankshaft

- Prop driver with anti-snag of combat cord

- Extra short protected needle with bent inlet

- Hole in crankcase web to attach security wire

- Aluminium rear cover screws into place. Also in chromed version for glow engines.

- Latest design and technology of 2 piece cylinder head & contra piston. Two piece glow head for Nelson or standart type glow plug.

- The compression screw using the same spanner as the prop nut

- Adapter for Enya M154 or tongue muffler.

- 15Ί Adapter for combat silencer or tunned pipe.

- Available R/C carburettor.

- Duraluminium 3Ί offset combat mount.

- Simple head wrench or special multi-wrench, for remove rear cover, head, propeller and setting compression..

I really hope that your Parra engine project is a success! The steel 2,5 engine that I have is really good. It is better than the new Oliver Tigers that are being made here in England. That is praise indeed! I must admit that I have purchased some Olivers. It brings back memories on 50 years ago, when I flew them as a youngster!

The engine displays real attention to detail. It is vell designed and engineered, and is made of first class materials. Fits and finish are second to none. The piston and Liner fit is superb. The engine is flexible in that it can be configured to suit C/L stunt, Free-flight, Combat or sports R/C duties. 

At its price point, it represents true value for a state-of-the art 2.5 cc diesel engine that will give a lot of satisfaction in use and last a very long time.

*   Glow AAC COMBAT, Nelson type glow head,  8x4 Taipan nylon soft prop, 17.000 rpm, combat silencer with 6mm reduced exhaust, 82-20 fuel (no nitro), 0,55 mm piston-head, see level  = 2,8 sec./lap and 89 db.
